SaaS.Vote keeps SaaS reviews tied to a real LinkedIn-authenticated account and adds a visible customer-verification status when extra proof is available.
Reviewers
- Sign in with LinkedIn.
- Choose an existing SaaS product or add a new product website.
- Write the review and, optionally, provide a work email or other proof that can help verify customer status.
- Wait for moderation. Reviews are held before publication so obvious abuse, spam, and attack patterns can be checked.
LinkedIn identity confirms that a review is connected to a real profile. Customer verification is separate: it indicates whether SaaS.Vote or a product owner received additional proof that the reviewer used the product.
SaaS owners
- Add or claim your product page.
- Keep product details, contact email, and verification settings up to date.
- Invite customers to review the product.
- Reply to reviews and process customer-verification requests when manual confirmation is required.
Owners can help verify customers, but they cannot silently remove critical reviews. Moderation status and owner replies are part of the public product page experience.
Verification labels
- LinkedIn identity means the reviewer signed in with LinkedIn.
- Work email means the reviewer provided a domain-based email that supports customer verification.
- Customer list means the reviewer matched a known customer record.
- External API means a connected verification endpoint confirmed usage.
- Owner manual means the product owner manually confirmed the customer relationship.
- Pending means extra customer proof has not been confirmed yet.
Moderation
Published reviews pass through a moderation queue. Some products may also enter under-attack mode, where new reviews stay held until the risk has been reviewed manually.
The goal is simple: real identities, visible proof levels, and no invisible moderation.
