SaaS.Vote for Business

Collect reviews buyers actually trust.

Claim your product page, confirm who your customers are and show your rating wherever buyers look.

Example of a product page

How it works

From the first review to a rating on your site.

  1. 01

    Claim your page

Add your product or claim an existing page. A LinkedIn email on the product domain or our widget on your website approves ownership automatically.

  2. 02

    Ask for reviews

Send customers a link to the review form with your product already selected. They sign in with LinkedIn and write in minutes.

  3. 03

    Confirm real customers

Connect your API or confirm usage manually. Confirmed reviews get a visible verified-customer label.

  4. 04

    Reply and show your rating

Reply in public, add a rating badge to your site, and your product page gives search engines review markup.

For SaaS teams

Let your customers do the selling.

Buyers read reviews before they ever talk to sales. Give them proof they can check, on SaaS.Vote and on your own site.

  • Shielded from fake negativity

Connect your user base and every author is checked against it. Real customers get a “Verified Customer” label, and an attack from outside stands out.

  • A rating badge for your site

A widget that links to your full, unfiltered profile, critical reviews included. That's why it convinces.

  • Replies and a public roadmap

Answer reviews in public and run a feedback board: buyers see that you listen.

  • A place in the spotlight

Apply for a paid placement on the home page. It is labeled and never touches your rating.

Why buyers believe it

Rules that hold for everyone, including you.

A rating is only worth something if it can't be bought or bent. These rules are what make yours count.

Real people only

Every author signs in with LinkedIn. Reviews from your own team get a separate label.

Ratings aren't for sale

No one can pay to add, remove or push up reviews: not you, not your competitors. A paid placement doesn't change the rules.

Owners reply, never rewrite

You can answer, confirm customers and report abuse. You can't edit, hide or delete a review, and every change by its author stays visible.

Protection from review attacks

Competitors can't pass themselves off as your customers.

Connect a simple verification endpoint and SaaS.Vote checks each author's email against your user base. Real customers are marked; outsiders show up as unconfirmed.

  • Checked against your users

Your endpoint answers yes or no for one email. Your customer list never leaves your servers.

  • No anonymous accounts

Authors sign in with LinkedIn. Moderators review reports requesting removal.

  • Under-attack mode

During an unusual burst of reviews, automatic customer checks pause. Reviews still publish immediately; moderators review removal reports.

Flag a review that breaks the rules. Moderators look into it, so you never have to argue in the comments.

A review comes in

From an author signed in with LinkedIn

SaaS.Vote asks your API

POST /verify { "email": "…" }

Verified Customer

The review gets the label: buyers see it's a real user.

Not confirmed

Published without the label, so buyers can weigh it accordingly.

Widgets for your site

Your rating, on your site.

Pick a badge, a card or a minimal line, match your colors and paste a short snippet. It links to your SaaS.Vote page, and the rating stays up to date on its own.

Public roadmap & feedback

Turn feature requests into a roadmap customers can see.

Every claimed product gets a feedback board. Customers suggest and vote; you decide what goes public and show that you listen.

  • Private until you publish

New suggestions land on your board first. Spam and duplicates never reach the public page.

  • Know who asked

You see each author's LinkedIn profile or email and can ask for details. Visitors don't.

  • Several boards

Ideas, bugs, integrations: public boards or team-only ones, up to ten per product.

  • Close the loop

Authors get an email when you publish their idea or change its status.

Features

Everything you need to collect and use reviews.

  • Customer verification

Connect an endpoint that confirms usage, or confirm customers by hand. Verified reviews show the method.

  • Public replies

Answer any review on your product page and show buyers how you treat customers.

  • Team access

Add managers and moderators so the whole team can work with reviews.

Flag reviews that break the rules. SaaS.Vote moderators look at every report.

  • Rating widgets

A badge, a card or a minimal line for your site, in your colors and language.

  • Ratings in search

Your product page includes review markup, so search engines can show your rating.

  • Protection from attacks

Reviews publish immediately. Moderators review reports requesting removal.

  • Found by buyers

Your page shows up in categories, in search and next to your reviews in the community feed.

Fair by design.

Only the author can edit a review, and every published version stays in its history. Individual reviews cannot be deleted. That is why buyers trust what they read on SaaS.Vote.

Questions

Good to know.

How do I claim my product page?

Find your product, open its page and press “Claim this profile”. Ownership is approved automatically if your LinkedIn email matches the product domain or if you place the SaaS.Vote widget with your claim code on your website; otherwise the request is reviewed manually.

Can a company remove a negative review?

No. Only the author can edit a review; individual reviews cannot be deleted. The company can reply in public or report a review that breaks the rules, and SaaS.Vote moderators decide on the report.

How does customer verification work?

In the Integration tab of your dashboard, connect an endpoint that confirms whether a reviewer is your customer, or confirm reviews manually. Verified reviews show which method was used.

Does a Featured placement change our rating?

No. Featured is paid visibility in the home page spotlight, clearly labeled. Your reviews, rating and moderation stay exactly the same as for everyone else.

Who sees who wrote a suggestion on our feedback board?

Only your team: the owner, managers and moderators see the author’s LinkedIn profile or email. Visitors see published suggestions without names.

How do I show my rating on my website?

Claim your product page and open the Widget tab in your dashboard. Pick a badge, card or minimal style and paste the snippet into your site.
